Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to the details you give us through this website. Omni Guitar Tuition is run by Tom Hobson in Rotherham. If you have any questions about your information, email omniguitartuition@gmail.com.

The contact form

When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you decide to book, to arrange your lessons. We don't add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone else.

Your message is sent to us by email through Mailgun, our email delivery service, and arrives in our email inbox. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to reply and arrange lessons.

Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly in the background to check that messages come from people rather than automated spam. When you use the form, Turnstile collects information about your browser and device to make that check. This is covered by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies. Videos only load from YouTube if you choose to play one, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies when you do.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing omniguitartuition@gmail.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
